The installation of the two way satellite for the Koocheching School has been detured to a later date. George Daigle and Ernie Buswa had flown to Koocheching on the morning of Friday, August 15, 2003 but had to return shortly upon arrival. There had been a loss of a loved one in the community.

The installation of the two-way satellite at the school in Marten Falls (Ogoki) First Nation was deemed a success on Wednesday, August 13, 2003. Many thanks to George Daigle, the staff at the school and the staff of K-Net as well for making this happen.
